Semi Marathon de Paris 2011

All I can say is that I HURT. Because of all the people (don’t be fooled with the empty road space while they are filming the Kenyan  superstars….) , I had a much slower time than I was hoping for but I still ran a sub-2 hr marathon which qualifies me for the RAID.  Tired and happy. (And ridiculously sore, I am off to eat some protein!)

A sub 2 hour marathon? HOLY MOLY! You are my straight up hero. What an awesome video! I hope you got a lot of protein. 🙂

SUB 2-HOUR MARATHON!?? Girl, you must be part Kenyan!
Congrats! Enjoy your recovery! (is it me, or is that the best part about long runs?)
